On the national flag of Tajikistan
1. The National Flag of the Republic of Tajikistan is a symbol of state sovereignty of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. The National Flag of the Republic of Tajikistan is a rectangular cloth inscribed with the three horizontal colored stripes: the upper band of red and equally as wide as the lower band of green, average white band, part of a half-width of color bands. on buildings and vehicles of the diplomatic and consular missions, as well as buildings trade institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan and abroad, on vehicles, which, as the officials are the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Chairman of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan or other persons - in the order set out the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the voting - in the days of elections and referendums;

4. 9. The perpetrators of the desecration of national flag of the Republic of Tajikistan shall be liable in accordance with the law of the Republic of Tajikistan.
10. The procedure of manufacturing the National Flag of the Republic of Tajikistan shall be approved by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
