About the National Emblem of Tajikistan
1. National Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan is a symbol of state sovereignty of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. National Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan is the image of a stylized crown and a semicircle of seven stars above it in the sun rising over the mountains, snow-covered and enclosed in a crown, composed of the right ears of wheat on the left of the branches of cotton with opened bolls. On top of the crown Perevi three-color ribbon, the lower part occupied by an open book on a stand.
In a color image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan crown, sun, mountains, and ears, and a book stand - gold, cotton stalks and leaves are green, band colors are red, white and green, book cover is red.
National Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan is placed on:
a) at meetings of the official residence of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Republic of Tajikistan government, ministries and state committees of the Republic of Tajikistan on the buildings of Councils of People's Deputies of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast, Dushanbe, cities, regions, bodies of executive power (khkumats), self-government in towns and villages (djamoats), courts, prosecution of the Republic of Tajikistan, on the buildings of diplomatic and consular missions, trade offices of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad;
b) in the boardrooms of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Bureau of Parliament of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Councils of People's Deputies of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast, Dushanbe, cities, regions, bodies of executive power (khkumats ), assembly of self-government in towns and villages (djamoats), as well as in the offices of President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Chairman of Parliament of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, representatives of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast, Dushanbe, cities, districts and in courtrooms courts of the Republic of Tajikistan, in the premises of Vital Records and the official premises of birth registration and marriage;
c) on the stamps and letter of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Bureau of Parliament of the Republic of Tajikistan Republic of Tajikistan government, ministries and state committees of the Republic of Tajikistan, Councils of People's Deputies of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast, Dushanbe, cities, areas, bodies of executive power (khkumats), self-government in towns and villages (djamoats), courts and public prosecutors of the Republic of Tajikistan, public notaries, of the civil status of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as national enterprises, institutions and organizations that laws of the Republic of Tajikistan is entitled to represent the emblem on stamps and letter;
g) in the official publications of Parliament of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Bureau of Parliament of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Tajikistan;
d) on a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as diplomatic and other foreign passports issued to citizens of Tajikistan;
e) at the border posts established at the State Border of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Law of the Republic of Tajikistan may be provided for other cases of obligatory representation of the State Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The right to use the National Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan enterprises, institutions and organizations, called on in this Regulation may only be given by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. Representation of the National Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan, regardless of its size, should always exactly match the standards of color, black and white and three-dimensional depiction attached hereto.
4. The order of making the State Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan, the mass replication of depiction, conservation and destruction of printing with the National Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan established by the Government.
5. The perpetrators of the desecration of the State Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan shall be liable in accordance with the law of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on n with m and n of a n t e I:
1. To approve the Regulations of the State Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Put into effect the decision from the date of publication.
